At Berg & Berg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our warehouse address located in Norway.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
