To achieve what we consider an ideal torso shape, our house style is cut fuller through the body, with a broad lapel and a nipped waist, slightly more generous than in previous seasons. A longer length and lower buttoning point add balance and subtly elongate the silhouette. Made with a half canvas construction and finished with thoughtful details such as patch pockets and functioning cuffs, it is crafted from an English cavalry twill fabric, a dense and durable wool cloth woven with melange yarns that give the fabric depth and subtle colour variation. Can be paired with the August cavalry twill trousers to create a full suit, but wears equally well as an odd jacket.
